Frequently asked questions

We ship across the UK and to most of Europe including Germany, France, Ireland, the Netherlands and Spain. UK standard delivery is 4.95 pounds and free over 250 pounds. European delivery is 19.95 pounds and takes 5–8 business days. Duties and import taxes outside the UK are the customer's responsibility. We do not currently ship to the US, Canada or Australia.

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days in the UK. Express options are available at checkout. Boards ship in a padded sleeve.

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start a return from your order email. Boards that have been ridden cannot be returned.

A tracking link is emailed as soon as an order leaves the warehouse, usually within one working day. Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge until they are picked, which is typically the same afternoon. After that the order has to be returned once it arrives. The assistant cannot look up individual orders — the team can, with an order number and the email used at checkout.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Klarna Pay in 3 is available at checkout on orders between 35 and 1000 pounds. We do not accept cheques or bank transfer.

Camber gives pop and edge hold and suits confident riders. Rocker is looser and more forgiving, which is why beginner and powder boards use it. Flex runs 1–10: soft flex is playful and easy, stiff flex is stable at speed.

As a rough guide, a board should reach somewhere between your chin and your nose. Heavier riders size up, lighter riders size down, and park riders often go shorter for easier spins.

We price match any UK retailer stocking the same board in the same size, within 14 days of purchase — send the link to support@example.com. Gift cards are available from 25 pounds to 500 pounds, are delivered by email, and are valid for 24 months.

All boards carry a 2 year manufacturer warranty covering delamination and edge separation. Normal base and topsheet wear is not covered.
